Silky and lovely
Pinot Noir is an international grape variety, the star of the French Burgundy. This noble grape is just like a primadonna: sensitive and needs careful attention to find the most beautiful expression of it. Its colour is lighter compared to most of the black varieties, but we must not judge by the appearance: its palate is rich and elegant showing mostly notes of cherry and sour cherry. Teleki Villányi Pinot Noir is made from fruit from the best southern slopes of the winery, where grape ripens fully every year without risk. It is a pleasure to taste this silky textured wine even by itself, but also good to pair with grilled dishes, duck breast or soft cheese.
